三七伤药片抗炎消肿药理作用研究 　　【摘 要】 目的 研究三七伤药片的抗炎消肿药理作用。方法 以3个不同浓度三七伤药片溶液对小鼠连续灌胃3 d，按二甲苯涂耳致炎性反应法，以测小鼠两侧耳重差为肿胀度，求出肿胀抑制率，进行统计处理。结果 与对照组相比，低浓度三七伤药片溶液组的平均肿胀度为9．90，肿胀抑制率为24．08%；高浓度三七伤药片溶液组平均肿胀度7．43，肿胀抑制率为43．02%；布洛芬组的平均肿胀度为9．26，肿胀抑制率为28．99%。结论 三七伤药片溶液对于二甲苯所致小鼠耳部炎性反应具有明显的抗炎、消肿作用，三七伤药片的抗炎消肿作用随浓度的增加而增强，呈一定的量效关系。 　　【关键词】 三七伤药片；抗炎消肿；药理作用 　　 　　The study on pharmacological action of Anti-inflammation and detumescence of Sanqishangyao tabletsYU Lin-hua*，CENG Xian，WANG Yuan-qing*The Life Science and the Technical Institute,Changsha 410004,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the pharmacological action of anti-inflammation detumescence ofSanqishangyao tablets．Methods We do the eighty mice with Sanqishangyao tablets，Ibuprofen and 0．9% NaCl filling their stomachs for three days．We smear right ears with xylene to lead to the inflammation and measure the heavy difference of the right ear and the left ear of every mouse for swelled level and inhibiting level of swelling．Finally the statistical processing was done．Results Comparing the control，the average swelled level of the Sanqishangyao tablets solution of low concentration group is 9．90，the inhibition rate of swelling is 24．08%；the average swelled level of high concentraton group is 7．43，the inhibition rate of swelling is 43．02%；the average swelled level of Ibuprofen group is 9．26，the inhibition rate of swelling is 28．99%．Conclusion The solution of Sanqishangyao tablets can resist obviously inflammation and swelling．The function of anti-inflammation and detumescence of the Sanqishangyao tablets strengthens on the dose and presents certain dose-effect relationship． 　　【Key words】 Sanqishangyao tablets；Anti-inflammation and detumescence；Pharmacological action 　　 　　三七伤药片由三七、草乌、雪上一枝蒿、冰片、骨碎补、红花、接骨木、赤芍等中药组成，系1995版中国药典收载的重要成方制剂[1]。该复方制剂具有抗炎、消肿、活血、祛瘀、定痛、止血等作用，对于急慢性挫伤、扭伤、关节痛及跌打损伤有较好的疗效，广泛应用于治内、外、妇、儿、伤各科瘀血病症。三七伤药片中各单味药的药理研究均有报道，但复方的药理作用研究鲜见，本实验的研究是对中药复方三七伤药片的抗炎消肿作用研究，为该复方的进一步开发应用提供实践依据。 　　 　　1 材料与方法 　　 　　1．1 实验材料 　　1．1．1 实验动物 清洁级昆明系小白鼠80只，
