中文体育类学术期刊编辑工作满意度调查分析 　　摘 要：中文体育类学术期刊编辑的工作满意度与中文体育类学术期刊的质量密切相关，它决 定着期刊的生存与发展。采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法，调查分析我国中 文体育类期刊编辑工作的满意程度，得出结论：1）中文体育类期刊编辑工作满意度情况一 般；2） 报酬待遇是影响中文体育类期刊编辑工作满意度的重要因素，但不是决定因素；3 ）专业深造愿望的实现是基础因素；4）领导重视和人际关系是主要外源性激励因素；5）专 业挑战性和职称晋升机会是主要内源性激励因素，也是他们工作的内在动力。然后提出建议 与对策：1) 建立灵活的报酬待遇机制2）建立科学合理的职称晋升制度3）全力满足编辑专 业深造愿望的实现。 　　 关键词： 体育学术期刊；体育学术期刊编辑；工作满意度；激励因素 　　 中图分类号： G80-05文献标识码： A文章编号 ： 1007-3612(2011)05-0021-05 　　Research on the Satisfactory Degree of the Editors of Chinas Sp orts Academic Journal 　　 　　LI Yong?qin?1，YU Da?wei?2，ZHANG Xiao?yi?2 　　(1.Beijing Sport University，Beijing 100084，China;2.Jilin Un iversity，Changchun 130012，Jilin China) 　　 　　Abstract:The satisfactory degree of the editors of Chinas sports academic journal is c losely relate d to its own qualityAnd the satisfactory degree is critical to the survival a nd development of the journalWith the method of documentation， questionnaire ， mathematic statistics， the paper analyzes the satisfactory degree to the edi ting work of the Chinese sports academic journal.It makes the following conclus ions.1) Its satisfactory degree is not very high.2) The competition to the e ditors will affect the satisfactory degree， but it is not the major factor.3)The basic factor is the expectation to make higher academic achievement.4) Theattention of the leaders and interpersonal relationship is the external incenti ve.5) The challenge of the major and chance of promotion is the internal incen tive and it is also their motive in workFinally， it proposes some suggestion s1) A flexible compensation mechanism shall be set up2) A scientificand p roper professional title promotion system shall be established3) The expectat ion of the editors to achieve to higher professional level shall be strongly sup ported 　　Key words:sports academic journal; editor of the sports academic journa l; satisfactory degree; incentive factors 　　中文体育类学术期刊（以下简称体育期刊）是我国体育学术交流的重要园地，是传播体 育科技成果的重要形式，为我国体育科学事业的发展和培养体育科技人才做出了应有的贡献 。中文体育类学术期刊编
