中药肺腑汤治疗耐药性肺结核病临床研究 　　摘 要：目的：探讨中药肺腑汤治疗耐药性肺结核病的临床疗效。方法：选择住院复治耐药肺结核病患者80例，分成治疗组和对照组。两组患者在给予相同抗结核药物治疗的基础上，治疗组40例，每日1剂中药肺腑汤剂，分2次给药；对照组40例只给予口服抗结核药物治疗，疗程均为1个月。健康对照组40人外周血做对照。结果：治疗组与对照组在治疗前，外周血中T细胞亚群差异无统计学意义（P 0.05），与健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P 0.05）。结论：中药肺腑汤可以改善耐药肺结核病患者免疫状况，促进临床症状的改善。 　　? 　　关键词：中药；肺腑汤；耐药性；肺结核? 　　中图分类号：R521 　　文献标识码：B文章编号： 　　1673-7717（2008）11-2472-02 　　 　　Clinical Researches onHerb Feifu-decoction? 　　Therapy Drug Resistance Pulmonary Tuberculosisn 　　? 　　LIN Cun?zhi?1, ZHU Xin?hong?2, DENG Kai?1, TIAN Hong?1, WANG Jian?3, ZHANG Hai?yan?1?（ 　　1.Qingdao Thoracic Hospital,Qingdao 266043,Shandong,China; 2.Qingdao Municipal Hospital，? 　　Qingdao 266012,Shandong,China；3.Qingdao Steel Group Staff-worker Hospital, Qingdao 266043,Shandong,China)）? 　　Abstract：Objective：To explore the clinical effect of the herb Feifu-decoction on drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods：Eighty cases with retreatment and drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis in hospital were selected, and divided into two groups at random. The two groups were given the same regime, treatment group forty cases were given herb Feifu-decoction one dosis, twice per day. Control group forty cases were only given anti-tuberculosis drugs. The course of treatment was one month. Forty healthy individuals were as control. Results：The T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood were no statistical significance before treatment between treatment and control groups(P0.05), while they were statistical significance comparing with healthy individual group(P0.05).Conclusion：Herb Feifu-decoction can improve the immune condition of patients with drug resistance pulmonary tuberculosis and clinical symptom. 　　Key words：herb; Feifu-decoction; drug resistance; pulmonary tuberculosis 　　 　　耐药性肺结核是难治之病，其发病率不断增高，已成为摆在中西医学界面前亟待解决的??题，也日益成为倍受关注的社会问题。现代研究证明肺结核是一种以细胞免疫功能低下为特征的疾病，耐药性肺结核的发生与机体细胞免疫功能失衡尤其T淋巴细胞亚群的比例失衡和功能紊乱有密切关系。本研究选择耐药性肺结核作为研究对象，以细胞免疫功能和临床症状为主要观察指标，以中药肺腑汤为干预措施进行随机对照临床研究，具有重要的现实意义和社会意义。? 　　1临床资料? 　　1．1一般资料 病例
