临床中药师临床思维培养与实践 　　【摘要】 目的 分析临床中药师临床思维模式的培养与实践。方法 临床中药师逐步从调剂、制药和管理药物的模式中解脱出来,开始运用所掌握的中药及病情、运用中药鉴定,合理用药,并从中医药基础理论、教学课程的设置、规范化药历、临床实践、现代药理研究、健康管理和临床思维方面学习应用中药。结果 临床思维以强劲的优势服务于广大患者,这必将形成现代中医特点。结论 中药治疗中应用临床思维基础的培养与实践,与现代中药药理研究相结合,在中医辨证的基础上结合现代检测的微观所见,成为一种全新的遣方用药方法。 　　【关键词】 临床中药师;临床思维;培养;实践 　　【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo analyze training and practice of the clinical thinking mode of Chinese Medicine Pharmacists.MethodsPharmacists should gradually release themselves from the thinking mode of dispensing,preparation and administration and learn Chinese Medicine from various aspects such as patiences condition,identification and assessment of TCD,basic theory of Chinese Medicine,setting of curriculum,standardized calendar,clinical practice,research of modern pharmacology,and healthy management and clinical thinking.ResultsClinical thinking has powerful advantages to meet the needs of broad patients,which is one of the characteristics of modern Chinese Medicine.ConclusionTraining and practice of clinical thinking combined with the research of modern Chinese pharmacology and micro view of modern detection according to TCM differentiation has become a brand new method as well as the research result of modern Chinese Medicine,the training and practice of clinical thinking ability will be a brand new method of prescription. 　　【Key words】Clinical Pharmacists of Chinese Medicine;Clinical thinking ability;Training;Practice 　　 　　1临床思维的概念 　　 　　临床思维是指运用医学科学、自然科学、人文社会科学和行为科学的知识,以病人为中心通过充分的沟通和交流,进行病史的采集,体格检查和必要的实验室检查,得到另一手资料,借助所有可利用的最佳证据和信息,结合病人的家庭与人文背景,将多方面信息进行批评性的分析、综合、类比、判断和鉴别诊断,形成诊断、治疗、康复和预防的个性化方案并予以执行和修正的思维活动[1]。 　　 　　2中药治疗中的临床思维基础 　　 　　通过传统中医理论、现代药理研究和临床思维学习运用中药。 　　2.1掌握病情①中医的理、法、方、药是环环相扣、一脉相承的,临床诊疗过程中,通过望、闻、问、切收集症状,辨别症候,确定治疗原则和方法,选择方剂加减化裁药物,这一过程虽然是中医师的工作,但中国传统医学自古以来就医药不分家。在此基础上再建立医学理论以解释所取得的用药治病疗效,在古代东方文化的背景下,古人以东方文化的思维模式,把复杂的人体、变化万千的疾病与复杂莫测的中药归纳到一个统一的理论框架内,这就是辨证的“四诊八纲”和用药的“四气五味”。②临床中药不仅继承了传统中医药学“以人为中心”的用药思想,要求中药师在整体用药过程中关注患者的身心健康,而且要积极、主动、科学、深层次地探讨临床中药学的应用问题,药物的使用是由医师、药师和护士
