Practical appl ications show that the technical and tactical indexes displayed by this system a re simple, clear and scientific, and it can correspond with coaches and playersneeds of technical and tactical analysis of the opponent during big competition s. 　　Key words: table tennis; system function; techniques and tactics; statis tic analysis 　　 　　计算机辅助进行统计分析已是球类比赛技战术研究发展的一个趋势。近年来，国外的体育软 件公司和体育科研机构相继开发了一些比赛分析软件，如著名的SIMI Reality Motion Syst ems公司的SIMIO Scout、CCC Campus-Computer-Center公司的Topscourt、Digital Scout公 司的系列掌上计算机球类比赛统计分析软件以及Dartfish软件等。根据乒乓球科研人员多年 的工作经验??技战术分析理论，编制了科学、简单、实用的乒乓球比赛技战术分析系统，供 教练员和运动员在比赛期间进行快速的数据统计分析，为正确地制定比赛战略战术提供参考 依据。 　　 　　1 系统设计基本思想 　　 　　乒乓球比赛的特点：1) 每个回合结束后都有一定的间隙时间，为研究人员提供记录每一个 球技战术特征的可能性；2) 乒乓球比赛最重要的技战术特征信息往往反映在最后一次击球 技术上。这些特点为乒乓球比赛技战术分析系统的开发与实现提供了有利条件。 　　吴焕群和张晓蓬等人（1996）根据长期随队的经验积累，通过专家咨询和世界大赛的调研， 在20世纪90年代初期提出“分段指标评估法”，即运用发球抢攻段得分率和使用率、接发球 抢攻段得分率和使用率以及相持段得分率和使用率，在中国乒乓球队备战奥
