幽默感高级机能及其发生和实现 　　【摘要】 目的 区分幽默感的低级机能和高级机能，促进高级机能的研究，倡导应用幽默促进心理健康。方法 采用文献研究法和理论分析法，用近5年的相关国外研究报告为支撑，阐释幽默感高级机能的发生和实现规律。结果 幽默感的高级机能不是理解和体会幽默，而是应用幽默。幽默感的高级机能以人际功能为核心，包括人际沟通和人际影响机能、地位和特权的保持机能和压力与困境的应对机能3个方面。结论 幽默感的高级机能的实现有利于人际关系和谐和解决实际问题，对维护心理健康、预防及治疗心理疾病具有更确定的意义。 　　【关键词】 幽默感；高级机能；理论研究；发生和实现 　　 　　Occurrence and Realization of Humor Senses Advanced Function. Department of Psychology, Northeast Normal University, Changchun 130024, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To distinguish the advanced function with the inferior function of humor sense, to promote the research in advanced function of humor sense, to advocate the use of sense of humor for the mental health. Methods By the method of theoretical analysis and bibliographical research, we involves an analysis and summary of the research reports conducted abroad during the recent 5 years, and interprets the regularity of occurrence and realization of Humor Senses advanced Function. Results The advanced function of humor sense is the use of humor rather than the appreciation of humor. It in nature is interpersonal function, which includes interpersonal communication and influence, status and hierarchy maintenance, and tension relief and coping adversity. Conclusion The realization of the advanced function of humor sense is of benefit to the interpersonal relationship and resolving the problems, it will be of greater significance on the mental health, the prevention and treatment of mental illness. 　　 　　【Key words】 Sense of humor; Advanced function; Theoretical analysis; Occurrence and realization 　　 　　早在20世纪80年代，心理学界就对幽默感对心理健康的作用做出了定位。研究者们一致认为幽默感是一种心理力量，是“积极心理”之一[1]，是真正的健康心理。幽默感(sense of humor)是把幽默作为一种稳定的个性心理特征或者是个体差异变量(Ruch，1998)[2]。其本质上是???知、情绪和行为倾向的整合。该本质决定了幽默感是个多维度的结构，也决定了幽默感对个体具有多种机能，并有高级机能和低级机能之分。 　　区分幽默感的低级机能和高级机能、探讨幽默感的高级机能及其发生和实现规律具有重大意义。低级机能和高级机能的区分使对个体幽默感的机能层次的评估成为可能，进而可以预测个体幽默感的现实水平和发展区间。发生和实现规律则为促进个体幽默感层次的提高奠定了理论基础，进而为培养个体利用幽默增进人际适应，提高个体的心理幸福感，更好的维护心理健康提供路径。 　　 　　 1 幽默感的高级机能
