应用EnCor麻醉模式防止乳腺肿块微创切除术创腔出血研究 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨应用EnCor麻醉模式防止乳腺肿块微创切除术创腔出血的价值。方法 乳腺肿块患者618例，随机分为两组。对照组（Ⅰ组）真空辅助病变切除后单纯压迫止血。研究组（Ⅱ组）病变切除后在EnCor麻醉模式下向创腔注射血凝酶+肾上腺素盐水止血。术后观察患者创腔出血情况。结果 Ⅰ组患者306例，术后发生创腔出血并发症115例（38.3%）。Ⅱ组患者312例，术后发生创腔出血并发症19例（6.2%）。Ⅰ组患者创腔出血并发症的发生率显著高于Ⅱ组（χ2144.31,P＜0.001）。结论 术中在EnCor麻醉模式下向创腔内注射血凝酶+肾上腺素盐水，可有效防止真空辅助乳腺肿块切除术后乳腺血肿。 　　【关键词】 乳腺肿块； 真空辅助微创旋切术； 并发症 　　To prevent the cavity bleeding under the anaesthesia pattern of EnCor vacuum assisted breast biopsy system in microtrauma surgery of breast masses WANG Zhi-hua,SUN Yu-mei,ZHANG Teng-hua, GENG Wei-min，GOU Xiao-dong. Puyang Maternal and Child Health Hospital, Puyang 457000,China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the practical value of preventing the cavity bleeding under the anaesthesia pattern of EnCor vacuum assisted breast biopsy system in microtrauma surgery of breast masses.Methods 618 patients with breast masses were divided stochastically into two groups. Control group （groupⅠ） 306 cases. Study group （groupⅡ） 312 cases. The patients in groupⅠ were underwent pure oppress hemostasis after the vacuum assisted microtrauma operation. The patients in groupⅡ were injected reptilase add adrenalin salt water into the cavity under the EnCor anaesthesia pattern to hemostasis. To observe the occurrence situation of the haematoma after operation.Results In groupⅠ,a total of 761 masses in 306 patients were excised.The bleeding complications were 115 cases（38.3%）after operation. In groupⅡ,a total of 785 masses in 312 patients were excised. The bleeding complications were 19 cases（6.2%）after operation.
