心理干预对慢性乙肝患者应对方式影响 　　【摘要】 目的 研究心理干预对慢性乙肝患者应对方式的影响。方法 研究对象为住院的慢性乙肝患者90例，根据单纯随机分为试验组（50例）和对照组（40例），实验组在药物治疗的基础上进行心理干预，对照组单纯进行药物治疗，在治疗前后分别测试医学应对问卷（MCMQ），比较两组患者在干预前后应对方式的变化。结果 心理干预前两组患者MCMQ面对、回避和屈服维度得分无统计学差异，干预后面对得分差别有显著意义，回避和屈服得分有极显著意义。对照组经过单纯药物治疗后，屈服维度得分并未改变。结论 心理干预可以改善患者的应对方式。 　　【关键词】 慢性乙型肝炎；心理干预；应对方式；医学应对问卷 　　The Effect of Psychological Intervention on Coping Style in Chronic Hepatitis B. Shandong Provincial Hospital, Jinan 250021, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention on coping style in chronic hepatitis B. Methods 90 chronic hepatitis B patients in hospital were divided into the intervention group (50 patients) and the control group (40 patients) randomly. The intervention group accepted psychological intervention plus medication while the conrtol group accepted only routine medication. Each group was asked to answer the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire(MCMQ) before and after treatment. Results There were non-significant difference between the intervention group and the control group in MCMQ before psychological intervention, while after intervention, the former had a higher confront score and lower avoidance and acceptance-resignation scores than the latter. The acceptance-resignation scores didnt changed after medication in the conrtol group. Conclusion Psychological intervention can improve the chronic hepatitis B patients coping style. 　　【Key Word】 Chronic hepatitis B; Psychological intervention; Coping style; MCMQ 　　慢性乙肝传染性强，病情反复发作迁延不愈，无特效药，治疗费用高，预后不良。患者不仅遭受肝病困扰的痛苦，也同时经受着极大的心理困扰、心理痛苦以及源于社会、工作和经济的压力[1,2]。患者尤其是伴有肝硬化的患者常采用不良的应对方式[3]，应对方式与患者的心身症状和生活质量密切相关[4,5]???并且在疾病的发生、发展及预后中起到重要作用[6]。本研究探讨心理干预对患者应对方式的影响。 　　 　　1 对象和方法 　　 　　1.1 对象 济南市某传染病医院的慢性乙肝患者90人，入组标准是：诊断符合2000年全国病毒性肝炎会议制定的标准，既往无精神病史、现无合并其他心身疾病，目前未服用精神科药物，小学以上文化程度。根据单纯随机分为试验组和对照组，两组患者性别、年龄、受教育水平、病情严重程度等相匹配。试验组50例，其中有肝硬化者12例，男36例，女14例；年龄33.53±12.78岁，职业：干部17人，工人11人，农民6人，学生7人，商人9人，其他23人；受教育程度：小学和初中9人，高中（中专）28人，大
