护生应对方式相关因素调查与分析   摘要:目的:探讨性格类型、喜爱护理专业的程度、是否学生干部和有无实习经验对护生应对方式的影响,为采取有效策略提高护生学习效果提供科学依据。方法:采用一般资料问卷、简易应对方式量表,对1018名护理学院学生进行不记名问卷调查。结果:ANOVA以及多重比较(LDS)分析结果显示:外向型护生积极应对方式得分最高,内向型得分最低,中间型性格护生得分居中(均P<0.05);与对护理专业持无所谓态度的护生相比,喜爱护理专业的护生积极应对方式得分较高(P<0.01)。t检验结果显示:与担任学生干部的护生相比,未担任学生干部护生消极应对方式得分高(P<0.05);有实习经验的护生积极应对方式和消极应对方式的得分均较无实习经验的护生高(均P<0.01)。结论:外向型、喜爱护理专业及担任过学生干部护生更趋向于采取积极应对方式;实习经验对护生应对方式的影响较复杂,所以应为临床实习护生提供及时有效的积极思想引导工作。   关键词:应对方式相关因素护生      The Investigation and Analysis of Relevant Factors of Coping Style in Nursing Students      GAO jingjingYUAN qiuhuan      Abstract:Objective To explore the influence on the coping style of nursing students by the personality type, the level of favorite nursing, whether the class cadre, and the practical experience. Methods General Information questionnaire and Simple Coping Style Scale were used to investigate 1018 nursing students. Results According to the results of variance analysis and multiple comparisons (LSD), nursing students who are extravert type got the highest positive coping style score, the central type and introvert type successively(all P<0.05); nursing students who are favorite nursing got higher positive coping style score than who are not(P<0.01). According to the results of two sample/group t-test for independent samples,nursing students who are class cadre got higher positive coping style score than who are not(P<0.05);practical experience affects nursing students how to choose coping style. Conclusion The nursing students who are extroversive, favorite nursing, and have practical experience are apt to take positive coping style. We should do ideological work among nursing students during clinical training for the reason that practical experience affects coping style of nursing students complicatedly.
