AbstractEnterprisescantakethecashandsellingoncreditastwokindsofbasicwayswhilesellingtheproducts.Marketingcompetitionbecomesmoreandmoreserious,asaresult,mostofenterpriseshavetoprovidecredittocustomerstoexpandsalesandreducethestock.Buttoomuchsellingoncreditwillmakecompanygetmuchaccountreceivablefinallyanditssecurityandaccuracywillaffectcompany’savailablesource.Therefore,doingaccountsreceivablemanagementworkcannotonlyimprovetheiroveralllevelofqualityoftheassetsandprofits,butalsotoprotectthegoalsoftheenterprisevalue.Firstly,thethesisrevieweddomesticandoverseastheoriesaboutaccountsreceivablemanagement,explainedthebasiccontentsincludingbeforehandprevention,in-processcontrolandafterwardstreatmentonaccountsreceivableandcreditmanagement.Secondly,thethesisdescribedthecurrentsituationofHDgroups’accountsreceivablemanagement,andthenanalyzedthemainproblemsandreasonsfortheinvalidationofaccountsreceivablemanagement,whichcanbeseenasthecrucialbottleneckforenterprise’sdevelopment.ThethesisarguedthatthemainreasonsfortheinvalidationofaccountsreceivablemanagementinHDgroupcanbeconcludedasthedeficiencyonaccountsreceivablemanagementandconsciousnessofriskprevention.Finally,thedissertationgivessomesuggestionsanddetailedsolutionsbyinvestigatingtheexistedproblemsofaccountsreceivablemanagementinHDGroup.Includingimprovingaccountsreceivablemanagementsystemandformattingthescientificrestrainingmechanism;Establishinganindependentcreditmanagementtothoroughlycarryouttheaccountsreceivablesystems;Buildingcreditor’srightsguaranteemechanism,tomonitortheprogressofthecustomerandbusinesscreditrisk,toimprovethequalityofaccountsreceivable,toreduceimplementationriskandthepossibilityofbaddebtlosses;Improvingtheaccountsreceivablecollectionmechanismtoendthestateofdisorderandconfusion,andtoensureaccountsreceivabletimely,fullspecifiedamountback;Settingupthemechanismofprovisionforbaddebt,intheeventofbaddebts,shallbeinvestigatedfortheresponsibilityoftherelevantdepartments.Keywords:Accountsreceivable,Accountsreceivablem
