摘要普通高中英语课程标准指出，高中英语课程的主要任务是帮助学生 提高英语 综合能力。英语阅读对于英语学习者综合能力的提高具有重要作用。对学习者的 英语阅读需求进行科学合理的分析有助于教师设计出更符合学生实际水平的阅读 教学方法与策略但在当前的教学环境下，受应试教育的影响，教师往往采取传统 的教学方法进行教学，忽略了学生在整个教学过程中的学习需求。本论文以马斯洛的需求分析理论以及图式理论作为理论基础 ，马斯洛的需求 分析理论中在高中英语教学中的应用主要反映在教师对学生学习需求及综合能力 提高的尊重上。笔者通过问卷调查的形式对湖南省湘潭市三所高中的 学生和一线 英语教师进行调查与分析后发现，当前的高中英语阅读教学中存在着如下几个方 面的问题：就学生而言，主要表现在学生英语学习兴趣不高、动机性不强、缺乏 科学阅读与学习习惯的指导、学习基础不扎实、阅读理解水平不高及阅读速度 慢 等方面；就教师方面而言，约有 50%以上的教师对学生的词汇量、理解程度、阅 读技巧等方面的了解不够全面与准确、在提高学生的语言能力与阅读方法所采取 的措施上，约有 30%教师还是侧重于传统的教学方式，如单纯讲解词汇 与语法、 逐字讲解课文内容等；在课外活动的组织上，教师所采用的方式比较单一等问题。为了解决上述问题，笔者提出如下阅读策略：阅读前，教师应当 加强教材熟 悉度、加强与学生的互动交流，促进学生学习兴趣的提高与良好学习习惯的养成； 阅读中，教师应当明确文化知识背景的重要性，进行词汇、语法学习及阅读知识 技巧、阅读速度知识的传授，努力做到将高中英语阅读教学组织、实施与学生需 求有效结合起来；阅读后，教师应当通过优化学生的阅读素材、各种媒介及定期 的监督的形式，深化学生学习需求，对学习者进行课外知识延伸。关键词：需求分析；高中英语阅读教学；阅读策略ABSTRACTAs is indicated in the Ordinary high school English Curriculum Standards, the main task of the high school is to improve the st udents’ comprehensive abilities. Reading is of vital importance to the improvement of learners ’ comprehensive abilities. Scientific and reasonable need analysis on the learners will help teachers put up with more practical teaching methods which benefit learners from various aspects, However, influenced by the exam-oriented education system the t eachers have been accustomed adopting the traditional teaching methods and ignoring the learning needs of the students.This thesis is based on the need analysis theo ry of Maslow and schema theory. The following problems occurred in the English teaching process are found after surveys conducted on both the senior school teachers and the students from Xiangtan: to the students, low interest in English learning, weak mot ivation, lack of guidance in scientific reading and learning habits, lack of solid foundation for knowledge, low reading comprehensive abilities, slow reading speed and so on.
