ABSTRACTSurface-enhanced infrared absorption （ SEIRA ） effect, refers to the organic compound molecular adsorbed on the surface of the nanometer metals base, the intense of the infrared absorption signal than conventional measurements without metals adding several orders of magnitude. Almost all of the transition metal and rare metal surface possess surface-enhanced infrared absorption effect. Currently the most widely studied is SEIRA effect of Au, Ag nano film, however the metals are expensive. Research shows that not only metal base for organic molecules with SEIRA effect, Si surface also have SEIRA effect. Therefore, the choice of Surface-enhanced substrate and fabricate surface-enhanced substrate is especially important for SEIRA effect. Now researchers focus on how simple and rapid preparation of surface-enhanced infrared basement. Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite as a semiconductor material, has the special optical performance, is widely used in solar cells fields. By far, there is not a related report about using hybrid perovskite crystal thin film materials as surface-enhanced infrared absorption substrate. In this paper, Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite thin film materials as a template for SEIRA. The substrates were characterized by UV-Vis, DTA-TG thermal analyzer, XRD, Scanning electron microscope and Fourier infrared spectrometer. And acryl amide and L-cysteine were used as probe molecules infrared absorption effects were evaluated, finally the basal material used in chemical analysis practical detection. The specific content of this paper is as follows:Firstly, Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite structures of crystalline materials were prepared by solvent evaporation method. And hybrid perovskite membrane was prepared by spin coating method. In addition for the preparation of hybrid perovskite structures of crystalline materials were some characterized.
