摘要绿色医院建筑体现了经济、环境、社会三重价值的共赢，是未来全球医院建筑的发展方向。随着《绿色医院建筑评价标准》和相关国家政策的出台，我国对绿色医院建筑的关注前所未有地高涨。医院建筑“绿色”性能的提高不仅有助于缓解我国医患紧张关系，为节能减排做出贡献，更体现了新时代以人为本的人文关怀。从国外的相关经验来看，我国建设和发展绿色医院建筑首先必须建立完善的评价体系作为衡量标准，进而为建筑设计和实践提供指导。因此，本文将通过借鉴美国在绿色医院建筑评价和设计方面的实践经验，发现我国的问题和不足，并结合我国国情提出评价体系的改进建议和绿色医院建筑的设计策略。本文首先分析了我国推行绿色医院建筑的背景和意义，总结了国内外研究现状和我国当前面临的主要矛盾，有针对性地提出研究方向。其次，选择美国GGHC、LEEDHC和我国《绿色医院建筑评价标准》为代表，对中美两国的绿色医院建筑评价体系进行比较。比较分两步，第一步是评价体系的总体比较：在分析各自的发展历程和主要特点的基础上，从产生机制、发展演进、指标设置、评价方法四个方面深入比较，结合我国国情提出改进建议。第二步则是按照统一的分类方法对具体指标进行二次归类比较，通过比较发现我国指标内容方面的不足，并提出改进建议和后续研究方向。最后，在理论研究的基础上，以绿色医院建筑的评价为依据，借鉴美国在绿色医院建筑设计实践中的经验，总结了医院建筑的绿色设计原则，并从一体化设计、场址、交通、环境四个方面结合项目实践提出了适合我国的绿色医院建筑设计策略。关键词：绿色医院，医院建筑，评价标准，中国和美国，设计策略ABSTRACTGreenhospitalbuildingreflectsatriplewin-winsituationofthevalueamong economic,environmental,social,whichisthedevelopmentdirectionoftheglobal hospitalbuildingsinthefuture.Withtheintroductionofthegreenhospitalbuilding evaluationcriteriaandrelatednationalpolicy,wearepayingcloserattentions ongreenhospitalbuildings.Theexaltationofgreenperformancewillnotonlyhelpeasethe tensionofdoctor-patientrelations,contributetoenergyconservation,butalsoreflects people-orientedhumanisticcareinanewera.Withtheforeignexperiences,wemust firstestablishasoundevaluationsystemasameasureofthestandardforconstruction anddevelopmentofthegreenhospitalbuildinginChina,andthusprovideguidancefor thearchitecturaldesignandpractice.Therefore,thisstudywilldrawonthepractical experienceofgreenhospitalbuildingevaluationanddesign,foundtheproblemsand shortcomings,andputforwardsuggestionsforimprovementoftheevaluationsystem anddesignstrategyofgreenhospitalbuildingcombiningwithChinasnational conditions.Thispaperfirstanalyzesthebackgroundandsignificanceoftheimplementationof thegreenhospitalbuildings,summarizestheresearchstatusathomeandabroadand majorcontradictionsinChinacurrently,andproposestargetedresearchdirections.
