AbstractInmodernindustrialproductionprocess,thereisalotofcomplicatednonlinearsystem,thiskindofsystemisextremelycomplexduetoitsstructureandoperatingenvironment,therearemanyunknowntime-varyingparameters,pronetofailureandcausepersonnelandpropertylosses.Duetothefaultdiagnosistechnologyfornonlinearsystemisstillinanearlystageofresearch，nonlinearalsobelongstotheunsolvedproblemsinthefieldofmathematics,therefore,inthispaper,Inviewofthefaultsignalacquisitionproblemsofnonlinearsystemfaultdiagnosis,theadaptivefuzzylogicsystemcombinewiththeparityspacemethodandthestrongtrackingfiltermethod.Proposedtwoimprovedfuzzyfaultdiagnosisalgorithmtomakeupsomeofthedeficienciesoftheoriginalalgorithm.Thispaperfirstintroducesthedefinitionandclassificationofsystemfailure,thenanalysisofseveralmethodsofresearchinfaultdiagnosissystem.Thenintroducesthebasicprincipleoftheanalysismodel,andtheresidualgenerationmethod,parityspacemethodisusedforaclassofdiscretelinearsystemtothesystemdesignandevaluationofmathematicaldeduction,thetheoreticalderivationofstrongtrackingfilteralgorithmbasedontheextendedkalmanfilter.Completedtwopartsbasedonthisstudy,firstofall,Aparityspaceapproachtofaultdetectionbasedonfuzzytreemodelhaspresents.ThesingleinputandsingleoutputaffinenonlinearsystemareapproximatedbyaT-Sfuzzytreemodeltorealizepiecewiselinearizationarounddifferentoperatingpoints.Discretizationofcontinuous-timeT-Sfuzzysystemsandusingparityspacemethodforfaultdetection,theusesofresidualgeneratorsmakefaultdetectiontransformedintosolvingaminimizationproblem.Thisalgorithmisusedtominimizetheimpactoftheruleexplosionproblemoffaultdetectionsystemperformance.Thenumericalsimulationofaninvertedpendulumwithabruptfaultverifiestheefficiencyoftheproposedmethod.Secondly,strongtrackingfiltertrackingsmallmutationsinthestateisnotideal,andpronetoover-regulate,thepaperputsforwardafuzzyadaptivestrongtrackingfilter,introducedthefuzzycontrollertoonlineadjustthefactor,inimprovingapproximationaccuracywhilemakingasmoothercurveapproximation.Finall
