AbstractBeforestoragebatteriesareputintothemarket,theywillbechargedanddischargedforseveraltimesinthefactorytogetthebestperformance.Focusonthis,awholeimplementingschemeisdesignedinthisthesis.Systemwithefficientcharge-dischargemanagement,basedona3-phaseunitypowerfactorrectifier,multibidirectionalDCchoppercircuits,CANbus,andamonitoringcomputerispresentedinthisthesis.IGBTbased3-phasefullbridgerectifieranditsmathematicalmodelandprincipleisintroducedindetail.Thentheconditionthattheinvertercanoperateunderfour-quadrantisdiscussedandshowed.Especiallyfocusondirectpowercontrolmethodthatusedinthisthesis,itsprincipleandrealizationareanalyzed.Thedisadvantageofclassicaldirectpowercontrol,thattheinstantaneousreactivepowerisoutofcontrolinevennumbersectorsundercertaincondition,ispointedout.Animprovingswitchingtableandcorrespondingsystemstructureisinferredandpresented.Simulationbasedonmatlab/simulinkisgivenout.Theresultsshowedthat,comparedwithclassicaldirectpowercontrol,themethodofthisthesisgotbetterperformanceonharmonicsuppressionontheinputcurrentsoftheinverter,whileotherperformanceindexeswereroughlythesame.Accordingtosystemrequirements,Hardwaredesignofmaincontrolboardbasedondigitalcontrolofthesystemispresented,andTMS320F2812isusedascorecontroller.Themaincircuitsofthecontrolboardaregivenout.Alsotheirfunctionsandprinciplesarediscussed.Anewexperimentalplatformschemesuitableforthepresentedsystemandthesoftwaredesignarepresented.Andtheprogramflowchartsofmainprogramanddirectpowercontrolareshowedanddiscussed.Keywords:DirectpowercontrolPWMrectifierCharge-dischargesystemSwitchingtableHarmonic目录摘要..............................................................................................................IAbstract.............................................................................................................II1绪论1.1课题研究背景及意义...............................................................................(1)1.2蓄电池充放电技术概述................................................................
