摘要在知识密集型服务业中,技术型知识服务企业具有创新的力量,是推动社会 前进和经济发展的核心动力。因此,如何针对技术型知识服务企业独特的运作模 式及技术型知识员工自身和工作特征更加科学、合理和有效地对员工进行任务分 配和调度,从而使其智力资本的作用和价值得到更大程度的发挥和体现,已经成 为理论界关注的热点和企业管理实践中的当务之急。本文主要对技术型知识员工柔性调度问题进行分析和描述,并以满足工作和 员工两个主体需求为目标建立相应的优化模型,文章主要工作及研究成果包括以 下两个方面:(1)基于需求‐服务匹配模式对员工柔性调度问题的基本决策过程进行分析和 描述,建立以优化任务‐员工工作效率匹配度为目标的单目标整数规划模型,并运 用动态规划方法对模型进行求解。(2)对项目调度过程中员工满意因素进行调查分析,建立以优化员工满意相 关指标为目标的多目标整数规划模型,并设计基于 Pareto 排序的多目标遗传算法 对模型算例进行求解,得到对工作与员工需求进行权衡的问题决策,从而验证了 模型和算法的有效性。关键词:技术型知识员工 柔性调度 整数规划 多目标遗传算法 Pareto 最优AbstractIn the background of the service industry, staff scheduling problem has been widely studied. Technical service enterprises which are a part of the knowledge intensive industry have been creating great value for the society through innovating and being the core strength promoting the development of economy. As the distinctive features of technical knowledge workers and their work, the research in that how to assign them tasks and make scheduling decisions effectively has being taken more and more attention.A basic problem description and optimization models have been built by treating the work and technical knowledge workers as main objects of the study. In order to realize the above purposes, the research has been done in the following two aspects:On the one hand, an integer programming model has also been built and solved base on the matchmaking mode between demands and services and the Dynamic Programming theory.On the other hand, employee satisfaction factors during the project scheduling process have been extracted and defined through the way of questionnaire survey, at the same time, a multi-objective integer programming model has been built base on the analysis. An example of the model and a multi-objective Genetic Algorithm based on Pareto Sort have also been designed so that the effectiveness of the model and the algorithm has been well verified.Keyword: Technical Knowledge WorkerFlexible SchedulingPareto Optimal Integer ProgrammingMulti-objective Genetic Algorit
