AbstractWiththedevelopmentofelectronicinformation,electronicproductsaremore andmoreintelligentandmultifunctional.Thestorageequipmentofelectronic productsdevelopedtowardminiaturizationandhighstoragecapacity.Asamain kindof electronicproductsstorage equipment,themicrodriveattracts moreand moreattentionofpeople,especiallyinthestoragedensityandtheperformanceof dropshockresistance.Inordertomeetthemarketdemand,themagneticrecording densityofharddiskdrivehasincreasedrapidly.Forthenewread/writeheadwiththe new HAMR storagetechnology, its storage densitycan reach 5-10 Tbit/in2.Becauseofthehighstoragedensity,thespacebetweenheadanddiskdiminished further,whichgiveahugechallengetotheperformanceofdropshockresistance.Inordertoimprovetheheaddiskinterfaceperformanceofdropshock resistance,thispapermainlyresearchontheheaddiskinterfaceofmicrodrive.A headdisksystemmathematicalmodelofadropmicrodrivewasfounded,after studyingtheprincipleofthemicrodriveworking.Thedifferentialequationsofhead diskinterfacewerecalculatedwithnumericalsimulationmethod,andwecanget theresponseofheaddiskcollisioncurve.Inordertoforecasttheheaddiskinterfaceperformanceofdropshock resistancemorecomprehensive,thefiniteelementmodel ofawholemicrodrive werefoundedwithANSYS/LS-DYNA.Thedynamiccharacteristicsofadrop microdriveweresimulatedinLS-DYNAwithmanykindsofload,includingthe effectsofdifferentamplitude,differentpulsewidth,differentkindsofdropwayon diskvibration,headdiskcollision,contactforceandfriction.Amicrodrivesamplewascutbylaserbaseonbouncetabletofitexperimental requirements.Designingthefixtureofamicrodrive,adropimpactexperimentrig wasfounded.Intheexperiment,hedynamicresponseoftheheaddiskinterfacewas measuredByalaserdopplervibrationtester(LDV).Withcomparingandanalyzing thedatagotfromtheimpactexperiments,thispaperexplainedtheexperimental phenomenaandsummarizedthedynamicresponsecharacteristicsofadrop microdriveinthelast.Keywords:Head/Diskinterface,dropimpact,numericalsimulation,finite element,impact目录摘要................
