摘要我国休闲体育旅游是在我国社会经济的进步、人们生活水平的提高、闲暇 时间的增多、全面健身和假日消费的兴起等大背景下和在我国体育旅游兴起的 小背景下逐步升温的。休闲体育旅游以其对旅游者旅游感受的关注备受人们青 睐，成为当前旅游业的新热点。它一方面为人们提供放松身心、运动健身、愉 悦心灵的载体；另一方面可以促进旅游产业结构的调整，改善当地生活环境， 因此成为许多地区积极倡导的新兴旅游形式。井冈山实施“五彩之旅”工程， 必将为井冈山旅游带来前所未有契机，也为井冈山休闲体育旅游的发展提供空 间和平台。而井冈山属中亚热带湿润季风性气候，四季分明，年平均气温 14.2℃， 一月份为最冷月，平均温度 3.2℃，七月份为最热月，平均温度 23.9℃。市中 心茨坪因海拔高度和四面环山的地形影响，夏无酷暑，冬无严寒，拥有丰富的 旅游资源优势，相对完善的旅游接待设施和比较完善的旅游行业。但资源的替 代性、人力资源的匮乏、产品开发缺乏创新和缺乏品牌引领旅游消费趋势等成 为井冈山休闲体育旅游产品建设进一步开发的瓶颈。本文从休闲体育旅游发展的核心—休闲体育旅游产品本身入手，采用文献 资料法、实地调查法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法从发展休闲体育旅游的宏观背 景、休闲体育旅游产品开发的资源概况、休闲体育旅游产品开发的市场特征三 个方面对井冈山市休闲体育旅游产品开发的条件进行了分析；结合井冈山市休 闲体育旅游产品的开发现状，采用 SWOT 分析法对井冈山市休闲体育旅游产品的 开发前景进行了探讨；设计了不同的开发思路。提出了井冈山市休闲体育旅游 产品的开发对策，即以资源为导向，有步骤的进行开发，以市场为核心，围绕 旅游者需求多样化开发，加强区域合作，实施品牌战略，增强市场竞争力，积 极采用体验营销策略。关键词：井冈山；休闲体育旅游；产品建设ABSTRACTOur country sports tourism is in the progress of our society and economy, peoples living standards improve, the increase of leisure time, a comprehensive fitness and consumption rising background and in our country sports tourism under the background of the rise of the small rise.
