井下机车区域定位检测系统设计-design of underground locomotive location and detection system

摘要机车是煤矿生产必不可少的重要设备或运输工具,但是机车的使用和管理一直是一 件非常困难的事,尤其是井下机车的管理更是让人头疼。目前,以机车为主的井下运输 设备因司机超速、违章运行而造成的追尾、轧人等事故时有发生。同时,对于机车的管 理,煤矿都是定期派专人去井上、下各个区域或角落清点机车,以便合理调度使用。这 些情况都给煤矿管理带来了很多困难。针对这种现状,本文设计了井下机车区域定位检测系统。系统主要分为三大部分, 分别是机车检测器、检测分站和主站计算机。机车检测器主要功能是测量机车车速、超 速报警并将机车的车速、车号和车皮的相关信息上传到检测分站。检测分站主要接收机 车检测器传来的数据,并将数据通过井下环网上传到主站计算机。主站计算机根据检测 分站上传来的数据,利用地理信息系统(GIS)软件 MapX,以 Visua l Basic 为开发平台, 实时模拟井下机车运行状况。机车检测器中车头、车皮与检测分站之间的通信分别采用了 STR-30 无线数据传输 模块、UHF 射频识别卡和射频读卡器 M8 模块。检测分站与主站计算机之间的通信方式 为:检测分站利用 RS-485 接口发出信息,再通过 RS-485 以太网桥,将数据通过井下以 太环网上传到主站计算机。本文重点阐述了机车检测器和检测分站的相关硬件电路和软件流程图设计以及主站 计算机信息管理系统的设计。关键词:区域定位,机车检测器,检测分站,主站计算机ABSTRACTLocomot ive is an indispensable equipment in coal product ion, but the use and ma nagement of locomot ives have been a very difficult task, especia lly, underground locomot ive ma nagement is a headache. At present, the phenomenon that the underground locomot ive drivers trace cauda and roll people often happen. Meanwhile, Special persona ges check locomot ive regular in the upground, underground and corner, in order to use reasonable. These conditions bring a lot of difficulties to mine ma nagement.Based on the present situation, this paper introduces the design of underground locomot ive regiona l orientation detection system. The system includes three sections: locomot ive monitor, monitor RACES and master station. The ma in funct ion of locomot ive monitor was to measure speed, speed alarm and upload locomot ive speed, number and wagon to monitor RACES. Monitor RACES ma inly received data from locomot ive monitor, and transmit data by the underground ring internet to master station. According to the data from monitor RACES and using Visua l Basic as a development platform, master station makes use of GIS software such as MapX to Real-timely simulate Underground locomot ive operating conditions.The communication between locomot ive , wagon and monitor RACES was used of theSTR-30 wireless data transmission modules , UHF RFID tags and
