摘要“建设资源节约型、环境友好型社会”是我国缓解资源压力，提高经济增长效率， 实现可持续发展的重大战略任务。大力推动居住用节能建筑，即节能住宅的发展， 就是其中不可或缺的重要任务之一。尽管居住用节能建筑在我国的出现只有短短十多年的时间，人们对它的关注热 情也由最开始的轰轰烈烈到现在的逐渐理性，但是居住用节能建筑存在的问题和 未来的发展仍没有十分系统可行的解决方案。本文从宏观到微观、再到宏观，采 用定性分析与定量分析相结合，对居住用节能建筑的发展现状、市场需求以及完 善的实施体系的建立进行了调查研究。本文主要阐述了以下几个方面的内容：1、我国居住用节能建筑目前的发展现状，剖析了在制度层面存在哪些问题；将居 住用建筑从消费者需求层次进行划分，并针对不同层次的需求给出相应的建 议。2、从消费者需求的角度，建立相应的数学模型，运用联合分析、聚类分析的方法 对居住用节能建筑的需求市场进行分析，定量研究模拟需求市场的占有率、消 费者需求分类等，为开发商更好的细分市场、找准目标客户群提供有力的依据 方法。3、从宏观角度构建居住用节能建筑的推广实施体系，从政府、开发商、设计单位、 以及消费者等不同方面采取相应措施，确保扫除我国推广居住用节能建筑道路 上的主要障碍。关键词：居住用节能建筑，联合分析，聚类分析ABSTRACTConstruct resource-saving and environmentally friendly society is that our country relieves resource pressure, improves the efficiency of economic growth, significant realization of sustainable development strategic mission.
