M ETHODS Six partsw ere separated from alcohol extract of CFD. Their effects on the T w ave and ST ofm indlead ECG of the rabbitsw ere observed after ligating the left anterior descend ing branch of coronary artery for 1 h. Then the rabb itsw ere d ivided into sham group, myocardial ischem ia m odel group, CFD group( high and low dose) and Salviae M iltorrh izae group. 1 h after treat m ent, the levels of creatine k inase( CK), lactate dehydrogenase( DH ), superox ide dismutase( SOD) andm alondialdehyde(MDA ) in serum w ere determ inated, wh ile the apoptotic cardiomyocytesw ere detected by in situ end labeling method, and the expressions of Bcl 2 and Bax were shown by mi m unohistochem istry method.
