中澳高职旅游教育校企合作模式比较研究中文摘要随着中国旅游业的快速发展，对旅游人才的需求也日益增加。旅游业的服务 性行业特性使其对实践型、技能型人才的需求更为迫切。高职旅游院校侧重于培 养应用型旅游人才，与本科旅游院校相比，更注重培养学生的实践能力与实际工 作能力。为了给学生提供更多的实践机会，中国的高职旅游院校开始谋求与酒店、 旅游景区、旅行社等旅游企业开展合作，探索校企合作的人才培养新模式，校企 合作也逐渐成为高职旅游院校顺应市场需求的人才培养模式的新选择。通过对中澳两国高职旅游教育校企合作模式的比较发现，中国高职旅游教育 校企合作处于初级发展阶段，双方的合作仅限于实训教学与实习等少部分教学活 动，在合作的深度、广度以及合作的周期等领域都存在诸多局限。比较而言，澳 大利亚高职旅游教育自开办之日起就注重旅游院校与旅游企业的合作，政府和旅 游协会在推动校企合作的实施和开展过程中扮演了重要角色。澳大利亚高职旅游 教育在校企合作过程中注重对学生能力的培养，合作方式灵活多样。中国与澳大 利亚高职旅游教育校企合作在课程设置、师资力量、实训基地、评估与认证机制、 法律法规、资格认证机制等许多方面存在差异。这些差异的存在是由两国的教育 理念、对旅游管理专业的认知、旅游产业的发展阶段、学历认证机制等原因造成 的。同时，澳大利亚在校企合作的过程中也存在着一些问题。有鉴于此，中国不 能一味的追随国外校企合作模式，要有针对性的学习与借鉴澳大利亚高职旅游教 育校企合作经验，根据中国旅游教育与经济发展状况调整现有的校企合作人才培 养模式：成立校企合作组织机构，建设“双师型”教师队伍，明确人才培养目标、 加强校企合作法律法规的建设、加强校企合作实习期间的管理，并努力发掘出适 合中国国情的校企合作新方式，以此来促进中国高职旅游教育的发展，从而为中 国旅游产业培养出更多优秀的旅游专业人才。 关键词：高职教育，旅游管理专业，校企合作模式，比较研究China-Australia Comparative Study of Tourist Education Model in Higher Vocational College and Enterprises CooperationAbstractWith the rapid development of tourism in China, the demands of tourism talents are discussed firstly. Tourism industry belongs to service industry. It is more urgently in needs of practice and skilled talents. Compare with tourist education in university, tourist education in higher vocational college focuses on training comprehensive applicative talents. It pays more attention to cultivate the students’ practical and skilled abilities. In order to give students more opportunities to practice, tourist education in higher vocational college began to cooperate with hotels, scenic sports, travel agencies and other tourist enterprises. It began to explore higher vocational college and enterprises cooperation talent training model. This talented training model also has become a new option for tourist education in higher vocational college.
