隔药灸治疗溃疡性结肠炎临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：通过随机单盲对照的方法观察隔药灸对溃疡性结肠炎患者主要临床症状与肠镜表现的改善情况，对其疗效进行客观评价，并探讨提高隔药灸治疗的途径。方法：将180例溃疡性结肠炎患者，采用随机对照的方法分为隔药灸组与隔麸灸组，分别进行隔药灸与隔麸灸治疗，通过对两组患者主要症状、肠镜表现改善情况的观察，对隔药灸与隔麸灸治疗的疗效进行评价。结果：隔药灸与隔麸灸对溃疡性结肠炎患者均有较好的疗效，其中隔药灸组近期治愈率显着优于隔麸灸组。结论：隔药灸对溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效，是一种简便易行的治疗方法，精选方剂，改进剂型，提高药物的透皮吸收能力，或许是提高隔药灸临床效果的关键因素之一。 　　【关键词】 艾灸；溃疡性结肠炎；临床研究 　　 　　【Abstract】Objective: To observe the effects of herbs-partition moxibustion on the improvement of ulcerative colitis patients’ cardinal clinical symptoms and colonoscop7y results with the method of single-blind randomized controlled trial. Then evaluate the effectiveness objectively and investigate into the approaches to improve the effect of herb-partition moxibustion. Methods: to divide 180 ulcerative colitis patients into two groups with the method of randomized control：the herbs-partition moxibustion group and the bran-partition moxibustion group, treated with herbs - partition moxibustion and bran-partition moxibustion separately. Evaluate the effects of herbs - partition moxibustion and bran-partition moxibustion through the observation of patients’ cardinal symptoms, colonoscopy results and improvement. Result: herbs-partition moxibustion and bran-partition moxibustion have good curative effects on the ulcerative colitis patients. But the current recovery rate of the herb-partition group is much higher than the bran-partition group. Conclusion: herb-partition moxibustion treatment which is a simple and easy therapy method has a better curative effect on ulcerative colitis.
