骶髂关节致密性骨炎与IUD副效应表达及意义 　　【摘要】 目的：比较分析罹患骶髂关节致密性骨炎与IUD的副反应者的性别、年龄、症状等表达，了解其临床诊断和鉴别诊断意义。方法从X线检查确诊为骶髂关节致密性骨炎的X线骨盆片中，随机抽样女性骨盆片162例；再从使用IUD有副反应者的调查资料中随机抽样数量相等的3种类型IUD（O、T、?），各354例共1062例。对上述两组材料进行年龄、性别、症状等列表比较统计分析。结果两组的岁峰值（年龄段）均为25～35岁，其构成百分比十分接近，动态趋势曲线基本平行。腰痛、腰酸为骶髂关节致密性骨炎与IUD副反应者共有的症状，前者的检出率76.24％，后者3种类型平均检出率48.96％。两组同为女性。结论同年龄段、同性别、同症状是骶髂关节致密性骨炎与IUD副反应者的特点。因此，临床上要注意从病史、避孕史和X线检查等方面鉴别。 　　关键词：致密性骨炎 骶髂关节 IUD 副效应 鉴别诊断 　　 　　On the sacroiliac condensing osteitis and IUD side effects 　　【Abstract】 Objective To compare the sex distribution , age distribution, and the frequency of common symptom in patients suffered from the sacroiliac condensing osteitis and IUD side effects, and to analyze their clinical diagnostic meanings.Methods 162 female cases of the sacroiliac condensing osteitis establishmented by anteroposterior plain radiograph of the lumbar spine were sampled randomly(SICO group).Using the data collected from a survey of 13437 IUD carried out by the Maternity and Child Hospital of Yantian District in 2003-2005, total 1062 cases of IUD side effects of three types(“O”, “T”, and “?”type) with 354 cases for each type were sampled randomly(IUDSE group).Then, the comparative and statistical analyses on the sex distribution , age distribution, and the frequency of the low back pain for the above-mentioned two groups were carried out.Results The statistical results on age distribution showed that both case groups had the same 25- to 35-year age peak, approximate constituent ratios in corresponding age groups, and two dynamic curves of the constituent ratios in parallel nearly. The common symptoms for both the female case groups were the low back pain and soreness, their incidence for the SICO group and IUDSE group being 76.24% and 48.96% respectively Conclusion Because the same sex, same age peak and the common symptoms for both case groups as their clinical features, to differentiate carefully these two kinds of cases on the basis of clinical history, contraceptive usage,
