预见性护理在严重胸外伤应用价值 　　【摘要】目的 探讨提高严重胸外伤患者抢救成功率和减少合并症的护理方法。方法 对2006年6月-2008年10月我院收治的28例严重胸外伤患者的伤情及潜在并发症进行评估,采用先进的监测手段和护理技术,对剖胸术后并发症进行有效预防。 结果 通过有效的预见性护理,协助医生采取积极果断的诊疗措施,无一例漏诊误诊,除1例合并重型颅脑损伤死亡外,均痊愈出院。结论 预见性护理运用于严重胸外伤患者的抢救过程中,及早发现病情变化,为抢救赢得了时间,有效的降低了患者死亡率,提高了治愈率。 　　【关键词】胸外伤 预见性护理 应用 　　中图分类号:R473 文献标识码:A 文章编号:1005-0515(2010)07-036-02 　　 　　Application of Forecasting Nursing in severe thoracic trauma 　　XIA Ya 　　(The First People’s Hospital of Hengyang, Hunan 421002, China) 　　【Abstract】Objective To investigate the nursing approaches to increase the success rate and prevent complications in severe thoracic trauma cases.Methods To make a retrospective analysis in 28 cases of severe thoracic trauma from June 2006 to October 2008 in our hospital. All patients were classified and assessed according to traumatic stages and latent complications. We used advanced monitoring techniques and nursing approaches to effectively manage all kinds of post-thoracotomy complications.Results By efficient forecasting nursing approaches and providing physicians with active assistance in making prompt, proper and positive diagnosis and treatment, 27 patients out of 28 were fully recovered with no miss-diagnosis and mis-diagnosis, except one patient with combination of severe cerebral trauma.Conclusions Forecasting nursing accelerates detections of various clinical menifestations and saves the precious time in the emergency so as to effectively increase cure rate and decrease death rate.
