胆囊切除手术前后肝外胆管直径变化临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的 对胆囊切除手术前、后肝外胆管直径的变化情况进行研究分析。方法 选取我院2008年6月—2010年5月期间住院治疗的胆囊手术切除患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，其中胆囊结石患者35例、胆囊息肉患者29例，均行胆囊切除术，并分别于术前3个月、术后3、6个月应用B超测量患者的肝外胆管直径，准确记录各时间段数据，进行统计学分析。结果 64例患者术前、术后3个月及术后6个月测量的肝外胆管直径分别为（5.4±2.2）mm、（8.5±2.3）mm及（5.3±2.0）mm。其中35例胆结石患者术前3个月及术后3—6个月时其肝外胆管直径分别为（5.1±2.0）mm、（8.6±2.2）mm及（5.4±2.1）；29例胆囊息肉患者术前及术后3个月、6个月时肝外胆管直径分别为（5.6±2.3）mm、（8.3±2.7）mm及（5.1±2.0）mm。术后3个月肝外胆管直径增宽，术后6个月逐渐回至术前水平。结论 胆囊切除术患者的肝外胆管直径数???，术后3个月均比术前有所增大，术后6个月时逐步回缩至正常水平，差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 　　【关键词】 胆囊切除术；肝外胆管直径；临床研究 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1004—7484（x）.2012.08.024 文章编号：1004—7484（2012）—08—2420—02 　　Laparoscopic cholecystectomy operation extrahepatic bile duct diameter before and after changes in the clinical research 　　PENG Wei—xiong，XIONG Yong，WANG Xin—ji，ZHANG Yi—wen 　　The People’s Hospital of Guangming New Area in Shenzhen City，Guangdong Province，518106 China 　　【Abstract】Objective Operation of cholecystectomy，extrahepatic bile duct diameter changes to conduct research and analysis.Methods From June May to 2010 2008 in our hospital during inpatient treatment of gallbladder operation resection in patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，including 35 cases of patients with gallstone patients with gallbladder polyps，29 cases underwent cholecystectomy，respectively，and in the 3 months before the operation，after 3，6 months of B ultrasound measurement application patients with extrahepatic bile duct diameter，accurate records of the time data，statistical analysis.Results 64 cases of patients before，after 3 months and 6 months postoperatively in measurement of the extrahepatic bile duct diameter were （5.4±2.2） mm，（8.5±2.3） mm and （5.3±2） mm.Among 35 cases of gallstone patients before 3 months and after 3 to 6 months of the extrahepatic bile duct diameter were （5.1±2） mm，（8.6±2.2） mm and （5.4±2.1）；29 cases of gallbladder polyps in patients with preoperative and postoperative 3 months，6 months extrahepatic bile duct diameter were （5.6±2.3） mm，（8.3±2.7） mm and （5.
