In treatment group, wartssoup was also use for oral and External use. With the recombinant human interferon α-2bgel (You Jingan)was for topical application. In control group, warts soup was also use forExternal use, and also use the recombinant human interferon α-2b gel (You Jingan). Acourse of treatment covers seven days, and each efficacy was assessed after six courses oftreatment.To assess the effect of warts soup on cellular immune function of patients， thelevel of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets was detected before and after six courses oftreatment. Also the data was collected in 30 healthy people for contrast.Results: The verruca plana treatment, cure rate and total effective rate was 33.33%and 93.33%, the treatment group was 23.33% and 80.00%, the two groups was statisticallysignificant (P 0.05); before the treatment of two group of peripheral CD8+ above normallevels, CD4+. CD3+ and CD4+/ CD8+ratio were significantly lower than normal levels,. aftertreatment CD8+ levels lower than before. in the other were significantly higher (P 0.01),the two groups was statistically significance (P 0.05).Conclusion: Flat Warts soup Oral administration and External use to treat plane warts,Can make the skin lesions of Patien Obvious Dissipated. To promote the level of peripheralCD3+,CD4+and CD8+ ratio and enhance the immune function of the patients with cells.Thus Achieve better clinical curative effect. and the side effects of little.
