Quality Evaluation Documents (Instructions):Tenderer’s General information:1- If the tenderer is cooperating with a partner to enter the evaluation process, each partner is supposed to prepare and send the information that is required. The word “cooperation” must be mentioned.2- In case the company you are collaborating with is a foreign company, the documents of the company have to be translated into Persian and attached according to the instructions.3- The following documents must be attached to the Tenderer’s General Information section:a) A certified copy of the companys articles of associationb) A certified copy of the companys establishment announcement in the newspaperc) A certified copy of the latest changes of the company announced in the newspaperd) The companys board of directors’ official certificate to introduce the authorized signature for the evaluation documents (Original copy)e) The share holders’ documentsf) Major share holders’/board members’ birth certificates (Certified copy of all pages)g) A certified copy of major share holders’/board members’ ID cardsh) Certificates acquiredi) A certified copy of the company’s office/workshop ownership or lease documentsTenderer’s Experience:In this section, the information about the tenderer’s contracting activities will be required, only the things that they have done in the last five years. For your projects that are in progress, ask the employer to give you a letter that indicates the progress (both physically and financially) of the project.
