This study has great significance to the construction of hospital information. In existing research, most of them based on the frequency of using common drugs in prescription, used association rules analysis method to analyze the laws, but the efficacy of the drug itself is not combined. So research in this paper combined the relationship between drugs and efficacy.Because of the main factors affecting the efficacy of prescription is property, efficacy and doseage, therefore, this article starts research from this. The research will provide the basis for introducing the detection method of incompatibility below.
