毕 业 论 文 学生姓名： 学 号： 学 院： 化学与制药工程学院 专 业： 制药工程 题 目： 羧甲基半纤维素钠的制备及分析 指导教师： 评阅教师： 毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要 本课题是以粘胶纤维生产废液中提取的半纤维素钠为原料，加入一氯乙酸制备羧甲基半纤维素钠。本课题通过对配料比、反应温度、反应时间和原料浓度进行实验，探讨其影响；设计正交实验，确定实验最佳的反应条件，对羧甲基半纤维素钠进行结构表征及其性能测定。红外光谱结果表明，一氯乙酸与半纤维素钠发生了化学反应，取代基团被连接到了半纤维素钠的大分子上。核磁共振13C谱图上出现了-CH2COONa特征质子峰，说明有羧甲基团的引入。X衍射结果表明，羧甲基半纤维素钠的取代度不同，结晶性不同。热失重检测结果表明，不同取代度的羧甲基半纤维素钠的热稳定性不同。经过实验得到了理想的羧甲基半纤维素钠产物。 关键词：半纤维素钠；羧甲基化；改性；正交试验；性能； 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要 Title The study of preparation and structure on carboxymethyl hemicellulose Abstract In this project, the hemicelluloses isolated from production waste liquid of viscose fiber were used as raw materials to prepare the carboxymethyl hemicelluloses by monochloroacetic acid. Through the discussion of reaction conditions, the effect of single factor such as the mixture ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and the amount of sodium hydroxide were determined. The orthogonal test was designed, and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained. The structure and characterization of the carboxymethyl cellulose were done. The result of infrared spectroscopy showed that the reaction of monochloroacetic acid and hemicelluloses had proceeded and the substituent had been grafted onto the molecule of hemicellulose. The spectrogram of 13CNMR showed that the characteristic proton peak of -CH2COONa , which illustrated the introduction of carboxymethyl group. The result of X diffraction showed that after the modification the hydrophilic groups were introduced and the crystallization property was reduced. The modification experiments about hemicellulose gained the ideal carboxymethyl hemicellulose.
