试析化工工艺管道安装与质量管理 　　摘要：随着经济的发展以及科学技术水平的不断提高，我国的化工工业取得了较大程度上的进步，为我国工业水平的提高以及国民经济的发展做出一定的贡献。虽然我国的化工工业取得了一定程度上的进步，但在目前状况下，在施工管理的过程之中仍然会显露一系列的问题，主要表现在对工程质量的控制不够严密以及在施工过程中留下一些安全隐患等，这些问题的存在对工程的质量以及人身安全造成了一定程度上的影响，需要通过有效的质量管理来对相关问题进行解决。本文就化工工艺管道的安装与质量管理的问题进行研究与分析，对于化工工业来说，它本身具有一定的特殊性，管道的安装是其中一个十分重要的环节。如果在管道安装的过程之中，不注意对管道质量进行有效的控制，就有可能留下安全隐患，在以后的使用过程中就极有可能发生安全事故。因此，只有对化工工艺管道安装进行有效的施工管理以及质量控制，才能避免安全事故的发生。 　　关键词：化工；工艺管道；安装；质量管理 　　Abstract: with the development of economy and the improvement of science and technology, the chemical industry in China has made great progress of degree, for our country to raise the level of industry and the development of the national economy to make a contribution.
