提升中老年人体育参与因素分析与建议 　　摘要： 本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计等方法对现阶段老年人在大众健身中的体育参与情况及影响因素进行归纳、分析和研究，以了解目前老年人在大众健身中的体育参与情况，找出制约老年人大众体育参与的因素，为提升老年人在大众健身中的体育参与水平提供参考。 　　Abstract： This article summarizes and analyzes the elderly sports participation and its influencing factors by utilizing the literature material law， questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics method， in order to know about the elderly sports participation at present， and find out the restricted factors of the elderly sports participation， in order to provide reference for the elderly participation in public fitness sports. 　　关键词：
