微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓非拔牙矫治骨性Ⅱ类错牙合临床研究 　　[摘要]目的：探索微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓非拔牙矫治骨性Ⅱ类错牙合的临床疗效。方法：微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓对11例骨性Ⅱ类伴中度牙列拥挤患者采用非拔牙方法矫治，SPSS13.0统计软件对矫治前后的头影测量变化值进行两样本配对t检验。结果：矫治后Ⅱ类骨面型得到了不同程度的改善，ANB角平均减少2.14°，上颌磨牙平均远中后移4.16mm，下颌平面高度得到了较好控制。结论：微种植体支抗结合多曲方丝弓技术非拔牙矫治骨性Ⅱ类错牙合，可使上牙弓整体内收，上下颌骨关系得到改善，为建立正常稳定的前后牙咬合关系及协调、美观的正侧貌奠定了基础。 　　[关键词]Ⅱ类骨性错牙合；非拔牙；微种植体支抗；多曲方丝弓技术 　　[中图分类号]R783.5 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2013）01-0169-04 　　Clinic effect and corrective mechanics of nonextracted skeletal Class Ⅱ Malocclusion in multiloop edgewise arch wire technique with microimplant anchorage 　　ZHOU Yan，HUANG Min-fang，FANG Zhi-xin，CHEN Shi-wen，LU Zhen-zhen 　　（Department of Orthodontics，Peoples Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region，Nanning 530021，Guangxi，China） 　　Abstract： Objective Detected the corrective mechanics and clinic effects of nonextracted skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion in multiloop edgewise arch wire technique with microimplant anchorage. Methods 11 nonextracted skeletal Class Ⅱ malocclusion patient whose dentition were media crowd and were treated by combinning technique of straighe wire，multiloop edgewise arch wire with microimplant anchorage were recruited.Paired-Sample T test of cephalometric variables before and after treatment were done in Spss 13.0. Results Skeletal ClassⅡ facial type had been improved after treatment.ANB diminished 2.14°in average，labial or lingual inclination of upper anterior teeth had tend to normal.Upper molar moved distally 4.16mm.Overbite and Overjet of anterior teeth was in the standard range.Relation of first molar was neutrol.
