摘 要 步进电动机已成为除直流电动机和交流电动机以外的第三类电动机的运动转换成计算机能够处理的电子信息从而提高了操纵杆的精确度Abstract The stepper motor has become the third-class motor in addition to the outside of the DC motor and AC motor. It is the implementing agency which changes an electrical pulse into the angular displacement and it should control the electrical impulses number and frequency to control the angular displacement quantity and speed so as to achieve the purpose of the accurate positioning and speed. Stepping motor compared with other types of motor which is easy to open ring precise control, no error accumulation, etc and it has widespread application in many fields. In order to obtain good control performance results, there has been a lot of stepping motor control system, which uses microcontroller unit as the control of the control system has been widely used. In this paper, using the simple computer is the joystick, its function similar slide rheostat, make the sports can convert the computer to be able to deal with the electronic information. This text studies the rocker to control the stepper motor to achieve the reversing, speed control and other functions. Hardware chose ATMEGA16 microcontroller, computer and its L297 + L298 rocker drive circuit, a single-stage two-phase four-wire stepper motor. Software is programmed to finally realize rocker to stepping motor direction, speed control, and the PROTEUS success simulation. In the text, the innovation lies in realizing from electrical signal to A digital signal conversion so as to improve the accuracy of the joystick through the ATMEGA16 microcontroller of A/D converter advantage. Another advantage is that pulse sequence is produced by chip eliminating the need for cumbersome programming.
