?????? 基于VC的贸易公司管理系统 摘要：随着中国加入WTO，中国的贸易公司正逐步走向国际化，正规化。在贸易公司的日常生活中，会涉及到多方面的信息，能否及时有效地处理这些信息，将直接影响到公司的经营状况。受吕牌贸易公司所托，本院专门为其开发一套贸易公司信息管理系统。本文通过对国内近几年来出现的贸易公司管理系统软件的分析，结合工作实践，按软件工程的方法对吕牌贸易公司管理系统进行了系统分析、总体设计、详细设计等。采用了目前流行的客户机／服务器模式，选择性能优异的大型数据库SQL，利用高效的开发工具VC++，来完成吕牌贸易公司管理系统软件的设计与开发。并根据实际工作的要求，对系统的各具体功能模块进行了详细地说明，解决了以往类似软件功能单一，不切实际的问题。系统采用帐户口令加密和数据库备份等来实现系统的安全，切实有效地解决了系统的安全性问题。吕牌贸易公司管理系统是针对吕牌贸易公司所研发的，具有较强的针对性。该系统能够及时地添加、修改和删除各类信息，并提供了丰富的查询功能。既方便了员工对各类信息进行操作，也能够为管理人员作出正确的决策提供支持，是一套功能完善的贸易公司管理系统。 关键词：MIS；SQL Sever2000；ADO；C/S。 ? ? ? This department developed a set of information managing system especially for Trade Company (TC).This thesis makes systematic analysis \ integrity design\ detailed design etc of Lv Brand Trade Company Managing System(tcms) with the software project method., though analysis of software of TCMS that appearing in recent years, linking work practice together.
