My classroom Let’s learn partA Teaching aims Knowledge aims: 1. Students can listen/say/read the main words: classroom ,window ,door ,picture ,blackboard ,light. 2. Students can understand the phrases and can do correct actions. 3. Students can master the sentences ‘What‘s in the classroom ?’ ‘One blackboard ,one TV, many desks and chairs.’ Ability aims: Students can talk about the things in their classroom with others and can improve their oral English. Emotion aims: Students can learn to love the class and take care of public property. Teaching importance: Students can master the new words and the sentence What’s in the classroom ? Teaching difficulties: Pay attention to the pronunciation of some plural words. Teaching methods: Reading method 、Situational communicative approach and game method. Teaching tools : word cards、tape player 、multi-media. Teaching procedure Warm-up 1. Sing a song together “ we have a new classroom “ 2. Review some words we have learned like pencil, ruler, bag, book, pencil-case, sharpener, eraser, crayon, pen。 4Then ask students “How many pencils/pens…? “Whats in the pencil-case?” and lead them to answer using “ A ruler, two pencils…” Presentation Let’s learn  1.Show a picture of a classroom and say:This is a classroom. Whats in the classroom?  2.Students try to answer using the words they have learned.   3. Teach the new word “classroom”. 4. The teacher points to the blackboard and teaches the new word.Then The teacher cleans the blackboard and try to have a chant like this : T: Blackboard ,blackboard, clean the blackboard. S: Blackboard ,blackboard, clean the blackboard. T: Clean ,clean ,clean the blackboard. S: Clean ,clean ,clean the blackboard. T: Clean, clean, clean… S: The blackboard T: Blackboard , blackboard … S: Clean the blackboard. … Then practice the chant in groups and try to do actions at the same time. 5.
