路径依赖-清王朝盛衰的理论思考和现实启示 I II I IIAbstract The political system has a very important position in political science. Political system theory pays attention to analyze the political life itself, as well as the relationship or interaction between the political life and the environment from the dynamic perspective. Any political system must contain a system. The subsisting and development of the political system mainly relies on the operation of its internal political system. Qing Dynasty established its unified regime by Manchu Ethnic Group, which is the last feudal dynasty in our history. Owing to the special historical position of Qing Dynasty, its historical trend has very far-reaching influence on Chinese modern political development. The early Qing Dynasty rulers created a remarkable “the flourishing age of Kangxi and Qianlong”. But after this age, Qing Dynasty inevitably embarked on the decline of the road. From the political system standpoint investigating the Qing Dynasty, we can find that the political system established by the Qing rulers from the great achievements of Kangxi and Qianlong to the come-down of Jiaqing and Daoguang in the course of history, which undoubtedly acted as an important role in this series radical change. This thesis attempts to use historical institutionalism as political interpretation of the historical process of the Qing Dynasty from prosperity to decline at the Qianlong period. The thesis holds the three political systems --- monarch totalitarian regime, feudal bureaucratic system and the military system of Manchu characteristics play a supportive role in the internal political system created by the Qing Dynasty rulers. It is the three orderly functioning of the political system ensure the normal operation of the whole political system. Behind the three political systems, there is Confucian Statecraft Thoughts.
