Mine is the process of ascension work is the important link of mining. From underground recovery of coal, ore must ascend to the ground has practical value. Waste of ascension, personnel, material and equipment lifting etc all must depend on the job to finish. Reducer is hoister mechanical system is a very important part of it is, and power transmission. It will not only motor output speed conversion for ascension for working speed, drum and motor output torque required to ascend into the work rolls torque. Mine hoist is mine production equipment, and the important hoist speed reducer is one of the important components, due to the influence factors of life complicated gear reducer, including the design of structure, material, processing, assembling accuracy, lubrication condition, operating and maintenance methods, including any single factor neglected, reducer is in use may produce different types of fault, so this article emphatically discussed the common fault diagnosis and analysis method.
