成人教育教学质量提升途径与监控体系构建 　　摘要：党的大把“积极发展终身教育，完善终身教育体系”，“形成全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会，促进人的全面发展”作为我国全面建设小康社会的战略目标之一。成人高等教育是我国终身教育体系的重要组成部分，伴随着高等教育大众化和成人教育终身化的进程，越来越多的人需要继续接受成人高等教育。而成人高等教育能否切实充分发挥作用，根本上取决于其教学质量的高低。探索成人教育质量提升的途径和构建并完善成人高等教育教学质量监控与保障体系，形成教育教学质量保障的长效机制是成人高等学校共同面临的重要任务，同时也是实现十八大提出的建设小康社会目标的一部分。本文提出了优秀师资队伍建设和教学质量管理机制建设是成人教育教学质量提升的重要途径；建立和完善成人教育教学质量监控体系是提升成人教育质量必不可少的有效措施。多年来，大连大学继续教育学院在抓好师资队伍建设和管理机制建设的同时，紧紧抓住影响教学质量的各要素环节进行质量监控，形成了具有本校特色的质量保障体系。 关键词：成人高等教育；教学质量；质量监控体系；构建 　　Abstract: Party a positive development of lifelong education, lifelong education system, the formation of a learning society of lifelong learning, lifelong learning, one of the strategic objectives to promote peoples all-round development as the overall construction of a well-to-do society.
