EC-Regulation (binding for Member States) 2. Implementing Rule (binding) Part A: Technical part (binding) Part B: Procedures (binding) AMC, Guidance Material (not binding) Formation of Core groups: 5-7 NAA-experts under the leadership of a focal-point-expert.
