摘要：
张鞲的《朝野佥载》，作为唐代初期为数不多的几部笔记之一，主要记录唐
高宗至唐玄宗时的朝野轶事，其中多有可参补正史和反映当时社会文化的有价值
的史料，而历代学者对《朝野佥载》的史料价值评价不高。笔者从《朝野佥载》
作者张蔫的生平事迹、《朝野佥载》的版本和佚文情况、《通鉴考异》对《朝野佥
载》的取舍、《朝野佥载》所载与《资治通鉴》和两《唐书》相关内容的比较和
《朝野佥载》不见于正史记载的内容等五个方面，对此书展开专题性研究，揭示
出此书堪与正史参行、内容丰富独特以及具有较大影响的文献价值。
