中文摘要 我們所說的秦印，包括戰國秦國及秦王朝兩段在內，即戰國秦印和秦代印 章。秦印中比例最大的是私印。私印的性質有別于官印，其最能反映一個時期一 個區域的實際情况。另外，在近幾年的秦墓的發掘中，陸陸續續出土了一些印章， 其中大都是私印，它們是研究秦印的可靠實物資料。 本文研究的主要對象是從 1991 年至2008 年新出土的和新發表的秦私印。內 容主要來自蕭春源主編的《珍秦齋藏印·秦印篇》、徐暢主編的《中國書法全集 （九二）先秦璽印》，王輝主編的 《秦文字集證》、賴非主編的《山東新出土古璽 印》，伏海翔主編的《陝西新出土古代璽印》，陳松長主編的《湖南古代璽印》、 許雄志主編的《秦代印風》及《秦都咸陽考古報告》、《塔兒坡秦墓》等相關著作。 本文先將這十八年新出的秦私印摘錄出來，然後掃描到電腦，再將秦私印分 爲單姓私印和複姓私印兩部分，每一部分按姓氏歸類。對所錄各印逐一釋文，力 求反映學術界的最新研究成果。對各印需要說明的種種情况，在“說明”項予以 說明，或指出印章的出土情况，或彙集諸家的考釋成果，或陳述個人淺見，試圖 反映學術界歷年秦印釋讀研究的具體成果和個人的研究心得。 本文由前言，凡例，正文（單姓私印和複姓私印）及參考文獻組成。 關鍵詞：新出 秦 私印 研究 I Abstract QinYin which in our minds include two sections which are Qin of Warring States period and Qin dynasty , namely that Warring States’ Qin Yin and Qin seal. In Qin Yin , the largest proportion is private. The character of private which different from the government’ can reflect the reality of a period or the actual situation of a area mostly. In addition, In the progress of the excavation on Qin tombs in recent years, some seals have been unearthed gradually and most of them are private, which are the reliable materials of research on QinYin. The main research objects in this paper are the new unearthed seals and publication in Qin private seal from1991 to 2008.
