AbstrcatTi-Albasedalloyfeaturesforitsperformanceathightemperaturewithlowdensity,highmeltingpointandlargestrengthattractsincreasingattention.Recently,themanufacturingofTi-Albasedalloyusingprecisioninvestmentcastinghasbeendeveloped.ThispaperinvestigatesthefluidityandcapabilityoffulfillingthemeshofTi-48Al-2Cr-2Nballoytoevaluatethefillingproperty.Theresiduestressofthecastingsismeasuredusingneutrondiffraction.Themechanismofthecrackemergenceisanalyzed.Inordertomodifythecrackdefect,botanicalorganicmaterialisaddedintothecastingmold.Theshrinkagerate,microhardness,grainsizeandpropertiesofvaryingpercento
