the Colorectal Cancer(CRC) Opportunistic Screening based on Community英文摘要Objective: This study aims to explore different ways of education and training of screening, early detection and treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC)，to a new mode of colorectal cancer(CRC) screening and the lasting effect mechanism. Methods:according to the pre-survey on knowleage of CRC based on questionares for both medical staff and general population,studies on training and education have been designed and carried out.Based on the health management network platform of communal medical service center, the CRC screening system database and the CRC warning management and follow-up system with reminding/online interactive functions were established. Results: Targeting the common misunderstanding of medical staff and the general population, 100 Q A on the Screening detection of CRC and over 20 research papers on screening early diagnosis and treatment of CRC have been published. The model of opportunistic screening of CRC has been proposed and included in The Consensus on Screening, Early Diagnosis, Early Treatment and Prophylaxis and of CRC in China. Seminars and training courses were held on screening of CRC for community doctors and related medical staff. FLASH cartoons about CRC screening were also designed for public education. To enhance the public understanding of CRC screening, we also actively participated the public education programs organized by the government and the academy.A set of networking and whole-coursing communal CRC screening system integrating education, screening and follow-up was preliminary established and operated, embodying advantages of this system in the CRC screening work.
