ConstructionandStudyofTheEffectinTraumaticDeepVenousThrombosisinLimbsofRabbitwithPNSABSTRACTObjective:ToinvestigatetheeffectintheformationoftraumaticdeepvenousthrombosisinlimbsofrabbitwithPanaxNotoginsengSaponins(PNS).SoastoprovideatheorticalbasisofthePNSinpreventingdeepvenousthmorbosis(DVT)afterlowerextremityoperation.Methods:ReferencetotheZhaoXueLing’snewanimalmodeloftraumaticdeepvenousthrombosisinlimbs,Weestablishedtheanimalmodelofanimal’sleftlimbfractureandfixationwithplasterbandage.thedaybeforeestablishedtheanimalmodel,Weextractedeachemptystomachanimalsvenousblood5mlwhichweredetectedforhemorheology.7sampleswererandomlyselected,asthenormalcontrolgroup.Afterestablishedthemodel,35whiterabbitsweredividedrandomlyinio5groups:A(PNSlong-terminterventiongroup),B(PNSshort-terminterventiongroup),C(Low-molecular-weight-HeparinsCalcium(LMWH)long-terminterventiongroup),D(LMWHshort-terminterventiongroup)andE(animalmodelofthecontrolgroup),Intheseconddayafterestablishedtheanimalmodel,takeneachgroupofrabbits’venousblood5mlwhichweredetectedforhemorheology;PickedthebloodlatterbothgroupAandB:Intheseconddayaftermakingthemoldstartedinjectingthe0.1%PNSsoup,Accordingto24mg/kgdosagedisposablestaticnote,dailyonetime;BothgroupCandD:Intheseconddayafterestablishedtheanimalmodelstartedaccordingtothe300AxaIU/kgdosage,theabdominalwallhypodermicinjectionofLMWH(Clexane),dailyonetime;Egroup:Didnotgivethemedicine.B,Dgroupapplyeddrugscontinuallyfor4days,Inthe6thdayafterestablishedtheanimalmodelstopedthemedicine;A,Cgroupapplyeddrugscontinuallyfor8days,Inthe10thdayafterestablishedtheanimalmodelstopedthemedicine,duringdistinguishesafterestablishedtheanimalmodel6thdayandthe10thdaytakenfivegroupsofwhiterabbitsemptystomachvenousblood5mlinthemorninganddetectedforhemorheology.Inthe10thdayafterestablishedtheanimalmodelpickedthebloodlatterexposedtherabbits’leftfemoralveinandrecordedthevisualobservationofthrombusformation.Thencutedtheleftfemoralveinintoslicesunderthe40times-thrombosisbeobservedresults.Results
