It provides guidelines for the development of a project Prime Contract Management Plan, as the project progresses through the Office of Systems Integration (OSI) Acquisition Life Cycle Phases, as described on the OSI Best Practices web site (BPweb) (). In most cases, the Prime Contract Management Plan will be created during the end of the Procurement life cycle phase.
