毕 业 论 文 中 文 摘 要公共领域与私人领域的划分是现代生活的一个基本状态。在现代社会，公共领域不断扩大，人们相互交往日益频繁，道德在维护公共利益、公共秩序、保持社会稳定方面的作用更加突出，成为公民个人道德修养和社会文明程度的重要表现。随着社会主义市场经济的发展，在公共领域这个利益调节的场所里，当各群体利益矛盾尖锐时，除了依靠市场的自我调节、法律的调节以及国家调节以外，各行为主体的道德状况也直接影响着每个活动的各个环节，所以道德调节的作用由此显得越来越重要。但随着社会发展的变迁，尤其是我国在社会转型期，诸多道德缺失现象的出现极大的削弱了道德的作用，严重影响了社会的发展，所以本论文以公共道德领域中道德缺失问题为研究目标，通过案例，对公共领域中的道德缺失问题进行探索性研究，探讨公共领域中道德缺失问题的现状、成因以及负面影响，从而进一步探讨出改善公共领域道德缺失问题的措施。关键词：公共领域 道德缺失 问题 探究本科毕业论文PAGE 毕 业 论 文 外 文 摘 要Abstract The divide of public sphere and private domain is a basic state in the modern life. In the modern society, with the expansion of public sphere, and the frequently of communication, the effect of morality is becoming more prominent in protecting Public interest, Public order, and Social stability, which turns into an important performance in both Citizens personal morals and Society civilization. What’s more, with the development of the socialist market economy, in the public domain, a place for Benefit regulating, when each group has sharp benefit contradictions, in addition to the depending on market of self regulation, legal regulation and national regulation, the moral condition of every group shouldn’t be ignored, which affects every section in each activity directly. As a result, the role of the moral regulation seems more and more important. However, with the development of society changes, especially in social transition in China, many phenomenons of the moral failings have weakened the role of morality seriously, which impedes the development of society severely. In conclusion, this paper sets the problem of moral failings in public morality domain as a goal, and also with some cases, I will have an exploratory research on the problem of moral failings in public morality domain. Further more, I will still explore the status, causes, and negative influences of the problem, in which case, we will be able to have a further discussion to find some measures for solving such problem.
