AbstractDoctoraltrainingisthehighestlevelofgraduateeducationinourcountry,whichnotonlyreflectsthehigheducationlevelofonecountry,butalsoreflectsthescientificresearchresearchlevelofonecountry.Inseriesofproblemswiththeincreasingofthedoctors’scale,thephenomenonofalargenumberofdoctorsnotgraduatedarecommoninrecentyears,whichhasbecomeahottopicofsocialconcern.ThereexistscomplexandvariousreasonsinDoctorsextendinggradutation.Itisworthmakingresearchthathowtostrengthenthehigheducationmanagementandbringupqualifieddoctorsinprovidedtime,aswellasdecreasethenumberofextendedgradutates.Thisresearchmethodsmainlyincludecomprehensiveinduction,descriptivestatisticalanalysis,qualitativeandquantitativeanalysis,aswellasempiricalresearchmethod.Throughsummarizingresearchstatus,thesignificantfactorsinflucingdoctorsgraduationareconcludedandextendedintoindependentvariablesoftheprobabilitymodel.BasedonLogisticRegressionalgorithmandestablishtheprobabilitymathematicalmodelofdoctorsextendingtograduate,moverover,establishtheextendedprobabilisticmodelofthedoctorsofengineering(mechanicalengineeringdisciplines)andmanagementsciencerespectively.Thethesampledataareselected2009-2012doctoralgraduationdatafromechnologymechanicalengineeringdisciplinesandmanagementdisciplines.Thefielddataofinitialindexvariablearepreprocessedandgiventhecorrespondingvalue.LogisticregressionanalysisaremadethroughtheuseofSPSSsoftware.Bythecomparation,theresultsarethatthesignificantfactorsaffectingfouryears’enrollmentincludethetotalnumberofpublishedarticles(includingthetotalpublicationofSCIandEI,othertotalarticles),thecoursesGPAatthestageofdoctoraldegree,theopeningtimesofdoctoralthesis(ifpressedatthepredeterminedtimeornot).Whilethefactorsofgender,thesourcesofcandidate(whethergraduatingstudentsornot),enrollmentpatterns(whetheropenauditionornot),rawteachersratio(thenumberofstudentsguidedbytutors),mastersinstitutionlevel(whether985highcolledgeornot)arenotsignificant.Basedontheprobabilitymathematicalmodelofdoctorsextendingtograduate,thisr
