摘要摘要万方数据万方数据创业失败归因，学习模式与再创业绩效的关系研究摘要创业经济的蓬勃发展有目共睹，创业企业的失败率却居高不下，很多成功创 业者都有过创业失败的经历。这不仅反映了信息时代的瞬息万变带来更加激烈的 竞争，也要求人们不断的进行知识更新与学习模式的探索。从创业失败中学习才 能不断挖掘出问题的所在，发现创业过程中的新机会，新挑战和新市场。因此， 如何从失败中进行有效学习，进而实现再创业成功，就值得关注。本文通过实证研究与质性研究相结合的方法，以经历过创业失败后再创业的 企业家为研究对象，采用问卷调查，获得了 118 份有效问卷，并使用 SPSS19.0 对数据进行处理，探讨在创业学习模式的中介作用下的创业失败归因对再创业绩 效的影响，主要实证以下三个方面的问题：第一，创业失败归因对再创业绩效有 何影响？第二，创业失败归因对创业学习模式的选择有何影响？第三，创业学习 模式对创业失败归因与再创业绩效之间是否存在中介作用？研究结果显示：（1）创业失败归因对再创业绩效有显著影响，内部归因与成 长绩效存在显著正相关关系，外部归因对创新绩效存在显著正相关；（2）创业失 败归因对创业学习模式有显著影响，内部归因与利用式学习显著相关，外部归因 与探索式学习显著相关；（3）创业学习模式在创业失败归因与再创业绩效中存在 中介作用，其中利用式学习在内部归因与成长绩效中起完全中介作用；而探索式 学习在外部归因与创新绩效中起部分中介作用。关键词：创业失败归因；失败学习模式；再创业企业绩效IABSABSTRACTConnecting Entrepreneurial Failure Attribution and Entrepreneurial Learning mode to Entrepreneurial PerformanceZhang Ruixiang(Business Administration Major) Directed by Li PeisiABSTRACTVenture economy is flourishing, but the failure rate of start-ups is high, many successful entrepreneurs have had the experience of business failure.
