高眼压症患者 B-YP 与 W-WP 对照研究中文摘要目的对比高眼压症(OHT)患者蓝-黄视野(B-YP)与白-白视野(W-WP)的检查结果， 评估蓝-黄视野在早期发现视功能受损中的价值，结合中央角膜厚度(CCT)，评估 OHT 患者发展为早期青光眼的风险。方法21 例 38 眼 OHT 患者和 15 例 30 眼健康对照眼进行 W-WP 和 B-YP 检查， 二组的年龄及屈光状态匹配，检查程序为中心 24-2。选取分析的视野指数为平均 缺损(MD)、模式标准偏差(PSD)、平均缺损差值（?MD）、模式标准偏差差值（?PSD），比较分析两种视野检查结果的差异。OHT 患者均进行 CCT 检查。根 据 B-YP 检查结果再将 OHT 患者分为 B-YP 正常组和 B-YP 异常组，比较两组眼 压(IOP)及 CCT 差异。结果21 例 38 眼 OHT，W-WP 显示正常，8 例（21.11%,8/38）B-YP 显示视野异 常，其中 4 例表现为旁中心暗点，2 例表现为鼻侧阶梯，2 例表现为弓形暗点。 B-YP 异常组、B-YP 正常组及健康对照组的 W-WP 检查的 MD 及 PSD 均无统计 学意义（p=0.07）。三组 B-YP 检查的 MD 无统计学意义（p＞0.05）。三组 B-YP 检查的 PSD 有统计学意义（p0.001）。B-YP 异常组、B-YP 正常组及健康对照 组各自的两种视野检查方法的 MD、PSD 均有统计学意义（p＜0.01）。三组?MD 两两比较均无统计学意义（p＞0.05）；三组?PSD 两两比较均有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。B-YP 异常组、B-YP 正常组的眼压和 CCT 比较，IOP 的差异无统计学 意义（p＞0.50），CCT 的差异有统计学意义（p＜0.05（one-tailed test）），B-YP 异常组 CCT 较 B-YP 正常组要薄。结论在衡量早期视野缺损时，PSD 更有价值。B-YP 较 W-WP 能提前检测出部分目前诊断为 OHT 患者中的视功能的损害。提示 CCT 较薄且同时伴有 B-YP 异常 的 OHT 患者可考虑诊断为早期青光眼或发展为青光眼的可能性更大。关键词蓝-黄视野，白-白视野，高眼压症，中央角膜厚度A comparative analysis with blue-on-yellow perimetry and white-on-white perimetry in ocular hypertension patientsAbstractObjectiveThe purpose of this paper was to contrast the blue-on-yellow perimetry and white-on-white perimetry in high intraocular pressure (OHT) patients,assessing the value of blue-on-yellow perimetry in early detection of visual function damage, and combining with the central cornea thickness (CCT), to speculate the probability of patients with OHT who will development for early glaucoma.Methods38 eyes of 21 patients with OHT and 30 eyes of 15 healthy controls were examined both by the standard automated (white-on-white, W-WP) perimeter and short-wavelength (blue-on-yellow, B-YP) perimeter.
